What is ASTD?

The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD)
is an international association serving the professional needs
of over 55,000 practitioners, administrators, managers, educators, and researchers in the field of training and development.

Bay Colonies Chapter

The Bay Colonies ASTD Chapter is a growing affiliate of the national organization that includes more than 80 trainers, facilitators, executives, and consultants. A Board of Directors serves the chapter. All members are encouraged and wel-
comed to attend the board meetings, which are held monthly.

Membership in Bay Colonies ASTD is open to any individual who is interested in performance improvement and training. To learn more about the benefits of membership, click here.

Vision

Bay Colonies Chapter will create value for profit and nonprofit organizations and its Chapter membership by providing effective workplace learning and performance development opportunities for the Southeastern New England market.

Mission

To lead workplace learning and performance development in Southeastern New England organizations.
