About the Program Executive coaching has gained a great deal of popularity in past 10 years. More and more companies are using it as an effective leadership development tool. Its use has grown substantially beyond the C-suite. Our discussion will focus on some of the key features of executive coaching, including: what it is, when to use it, when not to, a high-level process for delivering it, and the benefits of using it.
The purpose of this talk is helping you make better decisions around the use of executive coaching. In order to do that, Bob will give you “peek under the hood” of the components of an executive coaching engagement. He will also cover some of the history and myths around it.
About the Speaker Bob is a Partner at Camden Consulting Group where he develops and delivers executive coaching and leadership development services. A senior strategist and skilled facilitator with nearly 12 years of management consulting experience, Bob has worked with key leaders at multiple levels within organizations spanning numerous industry segments, including: insurance, utility, manufacturing, financial services and food service.
Prior to joining Camden, Bob was a Managing Director and Partner in the Boston office of Strategic Decisions Group, where he was responsible for their Power and Gas Industry practice.
Bob has a Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire
