About the Program
 
Looking to enhance or design leadership programs for your high potential managers? Or simply curious to hear about the process in developing them? Join us at CVS Corporate Headquarters to gain a comprehensive view of field leadership development. The four panelists provide a history of field management development and discuss their development programs that include region-level development program for potential field management candidates, the emerging leaders program, and a post-promotion development program for new field managers. They will also discuss selection and assessment tools, curricula and training materials, classroom training topics, technologies to support learning, and distance learning strategies.

FROM SOUTHERN RHODE ISLAND: Take 95 North. Remain on 95 North until you see 146 North (Woonsocket) (exit is right after the Providence Place Mall). Follow signs for 146 North. Take 146 North (stay in right lane or you’ll miss exit) to Route 99 (sign reads Route 295 Boston, Warwick – Route 99). Stay on Route 99 (N. Smithfield, Woonsocket) until you get to the very end (Route 122). Go thru the light into the “Highland Corporate Park.” Follow up the hill and take your first left (you will see sign for CVS Store Support Center). When you come to the stop sign, take a left to the visitor’s parking area.
