About the Program
You will be introduced to performance consulting skills and learning design that builds individual and organizational capabilities. Learn how to conduct business and learning needs assessments, design workshops using a design document template, select multiple delivery methods, and measure the effectiveness of your design. Amy will take us through an interactive process that will also include designing for global audiences, getting management buy-in for your design, and using multiple media.
About the Speaker Amy Tananbaum
Amy has over 25 years of consulting and training experience. Her expertise includes instructional design, development and facilitation of sales, service and leadership workshops. Her clients include AT&T, Analog Devices, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston Financial Data Systems, British Airways, Campbell's, Citibank, EMC, HP, and IBM.
