About the Program Susan Caressimo will discuss how to engage multi-generational employees in the learning process. Participants in this session will be able to develop an awareness of the various learning styles of the multi-generations, understand what energizes/de-energizes each generational group, recognize best ways that the various generations can interact with one another, learn how, as a learning and development professional, one can effectively design and deliver impactful training programs that will effectively engage multi-generations.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

About the Speaker Susan Caressimo Susan Caressimo has had 30 years of experience in education, training and organizational effectiveness. She has delivered training at all levels within the organization, from front line to executive. Susan worked as a senior trainer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI for over 12 years. She has presented workshops in team building, communication skills, customer service, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, conflict resolution, stress management, time management, DiSC Communication strategies, and facilitating effective meetings. Susan holds a Master’s in Education from Rhode Island College and is certified in all of Achieve Global’s programs, DISC, Myers Briggs, Situational Leadership, Situational Service, and she has a certificate in ASTD’s HPI (Human Performance Improvement) program.
