Now is the prime time to innovate so your organization can be ahead of the curve and poised with products and services forwhen the market turns around. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Why me? Training and HR professionals have an important role in helping organizations develop a business strategy for innovation and are challenged with taking a leadership position to embed innovation into the culture of their organizations. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Training and HR professionals must be innovators themselves and create opportunities for learning, collaboration, and change.
