March Meeting
Learning and Development: Will We Survive or Thrive in this Economy?

Gus Murby
Lexington Leadership Partners

About the Program

This presentation addresses the challenges learning and development organizations face in these demanding times where they are being called upon to continue to develop the capabilities of their organizations while absorbing significant staffing and funding reductions. The presentation provides a framework for thinking about the challenges; highlights ideas and actions that various companies have applied to date; and encourages further exchange of ideas and viewpoints among the participants. A key objective of the presentation will be to help participants develop a more expansive, creative perspective on their situation, thereby leading to the discovery of new insights into how they might best respond.
